Billing Questions and Answers


  • Who do I contact if I have a question about my Waste Management invoice?
    If you have a question regarding your invoice, contact your local Waste Management service provider at the telephone number that appears on your invoice. If you do not have the invoice available, please refer to the Contact Us link to identify your local Waste Management's telephone number or submit your inquiry by e-mail.
  • Where can I find my account ID, WM ezPay ID and invoice number?
    Your Waste Management account and invoice numbers can be found on your invoice. If you do not have the invoice available, please refer to the Contact Us link to identify your local Waste Management's telephone number or submit your inquiry by e-mail.
  • Where can I find the total amount due?
    The total amount due for the current billing period is reflected on the remittance payment coupon. The new Account Summary section reflects all amounts due from previous billing periods.
  • Where can I find specific billing adjustments and other charges?
    The Credits and Adjustments Detail section of your invoice details your billing adjustments and other charges.
  • Where can I find specific customer information?
    Customer information is located at the top of the invoice.
